Refund policy

A guarantee is a manufacturer's promise to refund the amount of money paid for the product to the consumer free of charge, to exchange the product for a suitable product, or to eliminate the non-conformity of the product without compensation or to perform other actions if the product does not meet the characteristics provided in the guarantee.

The guarantee is indicated in writing on the product label, and it specifies the conditions for making a claim regarding the guarantee, the guarantee period – the period of time to which the guarantee applies, as well as the name (company) or name, surname and address of the guarantor. The warranty states that the Buyer has certain rights in accordance with regulatory enactments and that the warranty does not affect these rights.

We remind you that within 24 months from the day of delivery of the goods, the consumer has the legal right to submit a claim to the seller for a product that does not comply with the terms of the contract.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is the Buyer's right to refuse the goods within 14 days, counting from the day the Buyer has received the goods.

The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal if:


  • Purchased goods intended for immediate consumption, goods that are perishable, will soon expire or are quickly used up, including medicines, nutritional supplements, hygiene products and cosmetics;
  • The buyer has opened the package for the product, which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons;
  • due to its characteristics, the product is irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery.


The Buyer notifies the Seller of using the Right of Withdrawal by filling out the withdrawal form, which can be obtained here  Atteikuma_veidlapa.docx . The completed form is sent by the Buyer to the Seller at the e-mail address After receiving the completed refusal form, the Seller notifies the Buyer that he has received the refusal, as well as informs him of the decision made or the time of making the decision.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending (handing over) the refusal form to the Seller, by handing them over to the Seller's legal address or by sending them by post, using postal services or any other convenient delivery method for the Buyer.

The Seller reimburses the Buyer for the payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to the Buyer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller) within 14 days from the day the Seller has received a completed Cancellation form from the Buyer and when the Seller has received back the goods that the Buyer rejects. The seller repays the mentioned amount of money by transfer to the bank account of the buyer.

The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the Buyer, which the Buyer wishes to refuse, as well as not to make a refund.

The seller has the right not to accept the product and to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of refusal, as well as not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product, if at the time of returning the product he has found damage to the product (removed and / or damaged labels, torn protective film, etc.) and / or signs of use of the product have been detected .
